2014 Annual Compendium of Disability Statistics and Research-to-Policy Roundtable

The 2014 Annual Compendium of Disability Statistics and the Fourth Annual Research-to-Policy Roundtable meeting in Washington, DC. Both events will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 in the Capitol Hill area.

The Compendium release briefing will be held from 9am -10:30am and will include a workshop on the sources and uses of disability statistics. 

NEW THIS YEAR! From 10:30am - Noon, we will focus on health statistics. Our colleagues from the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Project: Health and Health Care Disparities Among Individuals with Disabilities will present their new findings and discuss ongoing challenges.

The Research-to-Policy Roundtable is scheduled from 1:30pm - 3:30pm and will provide an opportunity for disability advocates, policymakers, and researchers to discuss ways that research can assist policymakers in developing programs, policies, and legislation that support people with disabilities.
